RESERVATION & CHECK-IN:
- Our Check-in Time starts from 12:00 Noon onwards, and Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
- Early Check-in and Late Check-out are depends Subject to Availability with Additional Charges.
- You may complete 100% payment at the time of your Booking.
ROOM TARIFF & TAXES:
- Room Tariff may varried based on Room Type, Availability of Rooms, and Special Promotions.
- Taxes will be added with Room Charges as per GST Norms.
SMOKING POLICY:
- Banalata Hotel-Joypur, Bankura offers you the NON-SMOKING Rooms.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
DAMAGE & LOSS:
- Any damages of the Hotel property will be charged accordingly from the Guest.
- Hotel Management is not liable for any Loss of your Personal belongings. Please keep your valuables in your own risk.
PRIVACY POLICY:
- Banalata Hotel always respects guest Privacy and will not disclose the Personal information’s to Others/Third Parties without Guest Consent.

PET POLICY:
- Banalata Hotel is PET-FRIENDLY Property; you may stay with your PET on Chargeable basis.
GUEST CONDUCT:
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves with a respectful manner. Disruptive behavior may in eviction of guest without any refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once complete your reservation, if you want cancel your reservation:
- In between your check-in date to 07 days “FULL BOOKING AMOUNT” will be deduct (NO REFUND).
- In between 07 days to 15 days from your Arrival date 70% of your booking amount will be deduct (30% balance refund).
- If you want to cancel 20days priror your Arrival date 50% of your booking amount will be deduct (50% balance refund).
- If cancel 30 days before your Arrival date 25% of booking amount will deduct (75% balance refund).
- In case of “NO-SHOW” full booking amount will be deduct.
